Cancellation Policy

Deposits:
50% of the reserved value of the booking on confirmation of booking.
Minimum Deposit = 1 night.

Confirmed Reservation:
Bookings are confirmed at the time of deposit. We reserve the right to alter notification except on a confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Fees:
- 30 - 14 days prior to arrival = 30% of reserved value.
- Less than 14 Days prior to arrival = 50% of reserved value.
- Early departure or ‘no show’ = 100%.
