Children policy
Children 14 years and older are welcome.

Check-in/out times 

• Check-in from 14h00 - 18h00
• Check-out by 11h00

Exceptions to check-in/out times may be arranged in advance, please enquire.

• Rates are per person inclusive of breakfast
• Max occupation 2 Person per room
• Right of Admission Reserved

Deposits:
50% of the reserved value of the booking is payable within 7 days to confirm a booking.
Minimum Deposit = 1 night.

Payment method:
Via Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) or Credit Card.  We accept Master Card, Visa & American Express.

Confirmed Reservation:
Bookings are confirmed in writing on receipt of 50% deposit.
We reserve the right to alter notification except on a confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Policy & Fees:
Cancellations must be done in writing.  A 7% administration fee will be levied on any refund processed.

In the event of notification of cancellation the following cancellation fees apply on the total accommodation cost:
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee
21 - 30 days prior to arrival         : 25% cancellation fee
14- 21 days prior to arrival          : 50% cancellation fee
7 - 14 days prior to arrival           : 75% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival  : 100% cancellation fee

In the event of a premature departure or non-arrival you will be liable for the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed.
